Make your goals measurable that you can measure not making some high end goal to make this can of money which is not possible to make in that amount of time .You must create measurable goals to have real success .

A – ACHIEVABLE

Make a goal which can be achieved by you and not coping the goals of others . For example if I have started a new business and on the very first day I say that I am gonna make 10k every day that is not possible for any business (exceptions are always there ) you must create a goal that you can achieve by you only and not misguiding your inner self that you can do this or that

R – RELEVANT

Always make goal which are relevant to your business and don’t mix your personal goals with your business goal .Make a goal that is relevant to your business like I will be generating this much sales in this month this is a relevant goal and you should always proprieties your business goal to your personal goal.

T – TIME BOUND

Always make goals that are time bounded . Give your goal a date that you want to achieve before . By doing this you will be pushing yourself more and giving your 100% to achieve that goal . This will keep you motivated and excited all the time and help you achieve great heights in your field.
